Customized Process

Initial Consultation & Ongoing Communication

The client submits drawings and specifies the technical requirements. Through communication and collaboration, both parties finalize the project and confirm cooperation.

Order Confirmation

Once the cooperation is confirmed, the contract is issued and the buyer proceeds with the deposit to secure the project.

Custom Manufacturing

Production is fully customized to the client's drawings and specifications, with strict quality control throughout the process.

Shipping & Logistics

Option 1: After the factory completes production, the buyer shall inspect the goods and take delivery at the factory. Logistics shall be arranged by the buyer themselves.

Option 2: After the factory completes production, we will deliver the products to the location specified by the customer in accordance with their requirements.

Option 3: The logistics method shall be mutually negotiated by both parties.

After-sales Service

After receiving the goods and confirming that everything matches the order, the buyer completes the remaining payment. If any concerns arise, both sides will communicate and resolve them as soon as possible.
